Additional details The peak winds will occur for only 1 to 3 hours at any given location with gusts of 20 to 40 MPH lasting for another 2 to 3 hours after. Peak winds will begin in Lane county, moving north into southwest Washington through the advisory time frame. There is a 10 percent chance of peak wind gusts 55 to 70 MPH through the advisory area.
